INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Passionfruit Syrup
284ml Pale Ale
259ml Soda (Lemon Soda)

Garnish

Slice of fresh passionfruit.

Method

  1. Add the passionfruit syrup to a pint glass, half fill with lemon soda and swirl to mix.
  2. Gently top with pale ale.
  3. Garnish and serve.
